Beginning his career at the illustrious Taj, Chef Suresh's passion led him to diverse experiences, from The Chancery Pavilion to spearheading Alchemy's kitchen. His culinary adventures took him to Thailand, where he furthered his expertise as an Executive Chef at the renowned Jhol restaurant. Returning to India, he assumed the role of Brand Chef at Hosa, a venture embodying his vision of innovation and nostalgia.
