Priya Mani is a Copenhagen-based designer and cultural researcher working to create gastronomical experiences. Priya studied at the National Institute of Design, and over the past 20 years, she has pursued the culture of craft, through textiles, technology and food. Her particular interest is in the human factor, and has worked for over a decade in the area of design and innovation across industries. She consults on food design and product development and is currently working on a Visual Encyclopaedia of Indian Foods, which won the Guild of Food Writers Award for Food Writing 2022.
