Renjie Wong

Renjie is the founder and chef of SALON colaba, a private supper club celebrating Singaporean(ish) hospitality. He’d identify as a foodie, if not for the fact that he doesn’t enjoy liver or achar, and also that it’s a really cringey term. When not pottering about his kitchen and feeding his own gluttony, which is more often than you’d suppose, he heads up the Singapore Tourism Board in Mumbai.
