Rushina is a Culinary Chronicler, and rotates the proverbial hats of being a teacher, Corporate Food Consultant, and Curator of Food experiences. She has a deep knowledge of global cuisine and specializes in Indian Food Studies, with a focus (not limited to) her mother cuisines of Gujarat and Uttarakhand. She also owns A Perfect Bite Consulting and APB Cook Studio, and has to her credit projects such as the Indian Food Observance Days Project and the Annual Godrej Food Trends Report.
