Shubhra Chatterji

Shubhra Chatterji, is a food-documentarian, writer, and director, who has travelled around India for the last 11 years to document its culture, history, and in particular, culinary heritage. She is the co-founder of Tons Valley Shop – an online marketplace for equitable produce from the communities of the remote Tons Valley of Uttarakhand, where she lives with her husband and their two cats and three dogs, when she is not traveling around the country shooting food.
