Sadaf Hussain

Sadaf Hussain is an author and chef. His interest lies in exploring the history and stories of food and the ingredients that we consume. He explores foodlores and calls himself Khansama Sadaf. He also runs India's top food podcast, the Naan Curry Podcast. When it comes to food, Sadaf is particularly interested in the cuisines of the Awadh, Delhi, and Bihar/Jharkhand regions beyond regular qorma or litti chokha. He is a two-time TEDx speaker and competed on MasterChef India in 2016 as one of the top finalists. When not talking or thinking about food, you would find him writing about food or just strolling in Purani Dilli. Sadaf believes in using food as a conversation starter to explore rasam, rivaj, and rivayat.
